Description: Can you assess a situation, determine a solution, and implement it while helping to track it? Do your interactions with people bring out the best in yourself and them? The premiere Saskatoon computer repair centre, LPK Technologies, desperately seeks an Analyst and Team Lead for its Standard Operations Unit. Attached directly to the Standard Operations Unit, reporting to its Technical Consultant, the candidate will provide on-site and remote support to all LPK clientele in all areas of IT-based service. Additionally, as a “consultant” to the Business Development Unit (BDU), the Analyst will use his or her knowledge, expertise, and customer relations skills to maintain and increase the Company’s “Business-to-Business” footprint in Saskatoon and surrounding area. Taking a lead or supporting role (as necessary) in the recommending and fault-testing of solutions to Client IT problems, this Intermediate Technician and entry-level administrative Representative will create excellence for the Company in his or her position.

This Representative may be required to use his/her IT skills in the following ways:

• Determining Client repair, upgrade/or replacement needs
• Communicating with Clients or team members to ensure that work is being done, and with the best quality
• Developing plans to solve new and existing potential Client problems and implementing those plans upon approval of a Technical Consultant
• Leading team members of the LPK Standard Operations Unit to increase its efficiency and output, by example and by delegation as necessary
• Responding to requests for on-site service and maintenance in Client offices or homes, with physical or Remote technologies as needed
• Assisting the Technical Consultant in the management of Client customer service by monitoring managed services and remote monitoring services, managing ticketing & tracking services
• Meeting deadlines and determining implementation logistics
• Working with members of all units to provide Clients of all types (Business and Individual) the deliverables necessary to maintain the Company’s image and relationships

Requirements:

• Reliable vehicle for going to and from Client sites an absolute must, can be supplied (in most cases)
• Interest and desire to work with people of all backgrounds
• Knowledge of Microsoft and other operating system platforms
• Interest in hardware and software applications
• Ability to recommend creative solutions to Client problems
